Lift at Puerta del Sol

The lift consists of an internal steel structure which supports the structural multi-laminated glass ceiling. The façade curved panels transmit the horizontal load to the glass ceiling through the visible stainless steel connections. The structural glass door frame is stabilized by means of structural silicone.

Royth was in charge of the design, structural verification during the executive phase, as well as the fabrication shop drawings and support during assembly
